Our Naturopath designed these packs and had them made locally to make using castor oil less messy and so easily used on a nightly basis.

Topical application of castor oil has been shown to stimulate cutaneous-visceral reflexes that put your body into the para-sympathetic state  (rest & digest) so that healing can occur.
